This policy describes how Theadlogic handles information through its Odoo 20 staging website and autonomous marketing platform. The staging service is under development. A listed integration may remain unavailable until it is connected and authorized.

Information we handle

We handle information you provide, including account and business details, contact information, marketing goals, content and preferences. When you authorize a connected service, we may receive account or company page identifiers, access tokens, posts, publishing status and performance information permitted by that service. We also maintain operational records such as requests, errors, decisions, approvals and execution history.

How we use information

We use information to operate and secure accounts, research marketing opportunities, prepare content and plans, perform authorized actions, measure outcomes, and provide reports and support. Automated agents operate within configured permissions and approval rules. You can ask us to pause automation or review a decision.

AI and service providers

Relevant business context, instructions and content may be sent to OpenAI to generate plans or drafts. DataForSEO provides keyword, search and competitor research. Odoo supports the platform. Connected publishing, messaging and hosting providers process information needed to deliver their services. We aim to limit the information sent to what is needed for the task; do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information. Providers may process data in other countries and apply their own contractual retention and security practices.

LinkedIn connection

If you authorize LinkedIn, we use the granted permissions to connect the selected company page, prepare or publish authorized content, and retrieve permitted status or performance information. We store the connection identifiers and credentials needed for that connection. LinkedIn access is not used to collect unrelated personal profiles. You can revoke access through LinkedIn or ask us to disconnect the account. Disconnecting does not automatically remove posts already published on LinkedIn.

SMS and email

When enabled and configured with appropriate recipient permissions, we use contact details to send operational reports or authorized communications. SMS delivery is currently pending gateway setup. Marketing messages require appropriate consent and opt-out handling. Reply STOP to supported SMS channels or contact us to request that messages stop; operational support remains available by email.

Sharing and public content

We share information with service providers as needed for authorized functions, with people you authorize, and when legally required. Content published to a website or social platform becomes visible to that audience and is subject to the destination's policies. We do not sell personal information or use connected account information for unrelated advertising.

Cookies and security

The website may use session and security cookies necessary for sign-in and website operation. We use access controls and restricted credential storage to help protect information. No service can guarantee complete security. Optional analytics or advertising tools, if introduced, will require appropriate notices and choices.

Retention and your choices

We retain information while needed to provide the service, maintain decision and security records, resolve issues, or meet legal obligations. Staging records currently have no single automatic deletion schedule. You may request access, correction, export, deletion, disconnection or a review of automated activity by contacting us. We may verify your identity and explain any lawful reason for retaining specific records. Backup copies and third-party records may take additional time to expire under their respective retention practices. Rights vary by location.

Children and changes

This business service is not intended for children. We may update this policy as the service changes and will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required.
